Southside Skatepark & Skateshop — Returns & Exchanges
We’ve made returns and exchanges easier than ever.
Customers can now process exchanges, store credit returns, and generate return labels directly through our self-service portal:

Return & Exchange Window
Due to the limited nature of many of the brands we carry, all returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Exchanges
Need a different size or item? No problem.
- Use our returns portal to start your exchange
- If needed, contact us and we’ll help generate a return label
- Once received, we’ll process your exchange as quickly as possible
Returns (Store Credit)
We currently offer returns for store credit only.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- All original packaging must be included
Soft Goods (Apparel)
If there’s an issue with apparel or other soft goods:
- Email your order number to info@southsideskatepark.com
- We’ll help you get the return started quickly
Hard Goods (Decks, Wheels, Trucks, etc.)
All hard goods are final sale once:
- Assembled
- Installed
- Ridden
We can only accept returns on hard goods if they are unused and in original manufacturer packaging.
Incorrect or Defective Items
If we made a mistake, we’ll make it right.
Please email us with:
- Order number
- Name + email used on the order
- Description of the issue
Shipping & Processing
- Orders ship within 1–2 business days
- Tracking is emailed once the label is created
- Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours
- Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days (domestic)
Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
Tracking Says Delivered (But Not Received)
Once shipped, USPS, FedEX, UPS, DHL is responsible for delivery.
If your package shows delivered but is missing:
- Sometimes we believe that route carriers mark orders delivered near end of day with every intention of delivering the next day, Unfortunately they disregard that you the customer can see this. If we could give it a day, to see if that package actually arrives to you the next day that would be great.

Shipping Address Issues
For incorrect addresses, lost, or misdelivered packages:
Returned / Failed Deliveries
If your package is returned to us due to an address issue, we will first attempt to contact you by email and then by phone. If we are unable to contact you to revise the address issue, you will receive a full refund.
“Pre-Shipment” Status
If your order shows “pre-shipment”:
- This means the label has been created
- USPS, FedeEx, UPS, DHL may take a few days to scan the package
- This is normal — USPS is the carrier that this issue is more common.
We suggest giving in two business days and then alerting us if it exceeds the expected shipping timeframe. 📧 info@southsideskatepark.com
Discount Codes
- Discount codes cannot be applied after checkout
- Only one code per order
