RETURNS/ EXCHANGES OF ITEMS
REDO handles all returns and refunds when you simply opt in for an additional $1.94.
So please take advantage of that functionality as you proceed to check out.
If you do not opt into that service we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for purchased items

I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE / WRONG PRODUCT
We will fix any mistakes made on behalf of the company.
We apologize for the mix-up and want to ensure you get the right item as quickly as possible! Feel free to send us an email at info@southsideskatepark.com to notify us of the mix up. Please include one of the following in your communication the order number, name or email used on the order. Make sure to specify the concern: original product ordered as well as the actual product you received including the style/design, color and size. Please attach picture of the product(s) showing the mishap. Example: showing the defect, the size, or wrong item.
To resolve the problem quickly we will create a Return Label and get it emailed over to you immediately. Once we receive the product back we will immediately get the correct product en route to you within 48 hours or less.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Orders may take 2-5 business days to process and ship. Once your order package label is printed you will be notified via email with your tracking number. This does NOT mean your order has shipped. Once your order label is printed, please allow up to 2 days due to the weekend, otherwise product usually ships same or next day and you will receive tracking information. After that, please allow 2-5 business days for domestic shipments.
Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day.
My order says delivered but I have not received it, what should I do?
USPS is responsible for the delivery of the package. In the event you are unable to locate the package posted “in-transit” or “delivered” we recommend contacting your local post office. Please be aware that sometimes delivery employees will mark a package delivered to complete their route, with the intention of actually delivering the product the next day. They may have simply run out of time, or other reasons this happens. So we ask you give it a day or two from the time you are notified but not seeing your delivery.
Shipping Address Issues
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address information. If the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase luckily Shopify does alert us to this and we review addresses often. We will do our best to adjust any misskeys with the help of the Shopify shipping platform. If your entered address does not exist you will be contacted by us via email or phone call, resulting in slower fullfillment. If we are unable to determine best ship to address order will be cancelled and refunded in full.
DELIVERY FAILED
If your order is returned to our facility by USPS due to any address discrepancies you will be completely refunded.
Why is my order still in "Pre-shipment"?
Tracking numbers are sent to your email as soon as your order's label is printed. This means that the shipping process has begun and your tracking number will update as soon as USPS scans your order in. This does not mean your order is lost, it is not uncommon for an order to remain in pre-shipment for multiple days. Please only contact us about this if your order has surpassed the estimated time for shipment.
I FORGOT TO USE MY DISCOUNT CODE
Unfortunately, our software does not allow us to adjust prices to finalized purchases. Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it once submitted. Please ensure all your information is accurate before submitting your order, including your discount code.
Only ONE discount code may be applied per order.
This applies to Free Shipping discount codes.
