Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of Southside Online.

Returns Made Easy – We've Got Your Back!
Essentially we hope you have considered your purchase carefully Please be advised that all footwear sizes are Mens/Boys so please adjust accordingly to get an accurate fit in any footwear products you are purchasing.
We want you to love what you ordered—and if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help. If you need to send something back, we’ll most likely provide you with a return label to make things easy.
Once your item gets back to us and we’ve had a quick look to make sure it’s in the same condition we sent it, we’ll take care of the rest. That might mean sending you a different size if you requested (if we’ve got it in stock) or giving you a full refund—including your original shipping.
At the end of the day, we’re here to earn your trust, build a rad community, and support your skateboarding journey. All we ask is that you shop with care and hit us up if you ever have questions. Thanks for rolling with us!
This includes holiday sales, site-wide or product-specific flash sales, and items purchased using sale codes. We will fix any mistakes made on behalf of the company.
If the product you received is deemed defective your order is eligible for a return or exchange.

I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE / WRONG PRODUCT
We apologize for the mix-up and want to ensure you get the correct item as quickly as possible! Feel free to send us an email at info@southsideskatepark.com to notify us of the mix-up. Please provide us with order number, name, or email which helps us find your order in our order cue. Once we have that we can see what you ordered and read your email and figure out what happened. We will respond to you.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Orders may take 1-4 business days to process and ship. Once your order package label is printed you will be notified via email with your tracking number. This does NOT mean your order has shipped. Once your order label is printed, please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update. After that, please allow 2-5 business days for domestic shipments.
Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day.
My order says delivered but I have not received it, what should I do?
Occasionally delivery staff (USPS, UPS, FEDEX) will mark a product delivered to complete their route and head home. They know that the plan to deliver it first thing in the morning. What they do not know is that we can all see this. So please give it 1-2 days if you get a delivered update and there is no package. Also if living in an apartment please check with the front office just in case they received it. USPS is responsible for the delivery of the package. In the event you are unable to locate the package posted “in-transit” or “delivered” bring it to our attention - although we generally can only see what you can see, maybe we can discover something further and inform you.
Shipping Address Issues
Please be careful when completing your ship to information - if you discover you entered the ship to incorrectly reach out to info@southsideskatepark.com immediately. This gives us a chance to reprint your label and get it to the correct address. If the order is already on the way we have to wait until it comes back to us to then create another label and get it inbound to the correct address, so please be careful.
DELIVERY FAILED
If your order is returned to our facility by USPS due to any address discrepancies we will reach out and alert you and hopefully get the correct address and get it back on the road to you asap.
Why is my order still in "Pre-shipment"?
Tracking numbers are sent to your email as soon as your order's label is printed. This means that the shipping process has begun and your tracking number will update as soon as USPS scans your order in. This does not mean your order is lost, it is not uncommon for an order to remain in pre-shipment for multiple days. Even with us shipping your order and getting it to USPS, UPS, or FEDEX immediately. Occasionally boxes tumble through facility without a since robo scan on the package sorting belts. The package is well on the way to you but is still needing that scan. We know it is hard but that order is long gone.
