Each shell size comes with adjustable sizing liners that are color-coded for easy identification. These liners allow for a customizable fit across all three shell sizes.

Head Size Measurements:

• For head sizes 18" - 20.25", choose the S1 Mini Lifer Helmet.
• For head sizes 20.5" - 23.25", opt for the S1 Lifer Helmet.
• For head sizes 23" - 25.5", go with the S1 Mega Lifer Helmet.

Fun Fact: Most children aged 6 and under will fit into the S1 Mini Lifer Helmet, while about 80% of people aged 7 and up will comfortably fit into the S1 Lifer Helmet.

If you're buying a helmet without measuring the recipient’s head, here’s a quick guide:

• For children aged 6 and under, select the S1 Mini Lifer Helmet and consider purchasing a Fit All Kit for an optimal fit.
• For ages 7 and up, choose the S1 Lifer Helmet and add a Fit All Kit to ensure a perfect fit.

It's crucial that your S1 Lifer helmet is worn and fitted correctly. Position the helmet so it sits level on your head, covering the middle of your forehead. Always fasten the strap and adjust it so you can fit at least two fingers between the strap and your chin. To tighten, pull the excess strap through the helmet clip until you reach the desired length, then secure the excess strap with the rubber O-ring. Adjust the strap sliders so they rest just below your earlobes.

Your helmet should be snug but not overly tight, and it should not shift side to side or front to back. Ensure the helmet is not tipped back, worn backwards, or too low on your forehead. Once properly adjusted, your helmet will be ready for use.
